Community Partner Program

As a mortgage broker, RIC3's major role in community development is through home ownership.  Still we are impressed by the creative, persistent and effective efforts of Detroit's non-profits which are making tremendous strides in the arts, community development, housing and social services to name just a few. 

 RIC3 LLC is grateful for all of the work that its community partners do.
In turn, we work to contribute generously to our community partners through our Community Partner Program.
