LendingInTheD Mortgage Broker seeks to encourage and support nonprofit organizations that serve our community. As a mortgage broker our major role in community development is through home ownership. Nevertheless, we acknowledge the efforts of those around us that are also making tremendous strides. The best way that we have found to come alongside nonprofits is creating an opportunity to give to these reputable organizations. We are calling this collaboration the Community Partner Program.

  

Upon closing a transaction, LendingInTheD Mortgage Broker will contribute 25% of its net profits from the transaction to an approved community partner selected by the client.
