Wilkin Lai has been originating residential loans for 17 years.  He started as a retail loan officer for First Independence Bank focusing on the financing needs in city of Detroit.  In 2021, he transitioned to the wholesale platform, because it opened up the door to more products, better pricing and a more streamlined process.  Recently, RIC3 introduced the mortgage broker platform developed in Michigan to New York, including NYC.

  • Competitive Pricing – As a broker, we have access to wholesale pricing.  RIC3 maintains very low overhead, therefore, our max broker fee is 1.25% compared to the industry standard of 2% to 2.75
